China Day 1

We made it to Beijing!  We got in at 6pm local time and were met by our wonderful tour guide at the airport.  Totally hassle free!  Checked in to the hotel and then Tim ordered our first meal in Chinese. :)  Here is Sue in front of the restaurant, "Coffee Cat".

We feel like giants here.  We are in a beautiful hotel but the bathroom sink is about 10" above Tim's knees!

We followed the sun on the airplane, crossed the international date line and flew over Alaska, the Bering Strait and Siberia. We are 16 hours ahead so we flew past Tuesday!
