Home At Last!

We finally made it home after about 24 hours of travel, including a flight from Guangzhou to Hong Kong, Hong Kong to San Francisco, San Francisco to Phoenix, then a 2 hour drive to Prescott.  The drive was really LONG as we were so tired by that point.

Sophie slept during most of the long flight to SF, and when she was awake she was passed around the airplane - there were some 20-something girls going to a rock concert in Reno, and they played with her for a little while.

Linda & Randy kept the boys for us for all of that time and we could not have done it without her!  Linda was a great surrogate Mom helping the kids with homework, piano and getting along (Don't make me turn this car around!)  :)

We have been suffering from some serious jetlag, Sophie, Tim and Sue not sleeping at night and tired during the day (which is why the website was slow in updating - sorry!) The house is a disaster but at least we got our little girl!  Since I am more awake today I took a few pics of her playing.  Peter's at a friends house so he is noticeably absent from these, but Judy and her son Sam came over to play.

Sophie is so tiny compared to Sam who looks like a giant in comparison!

Jack with a basketball under his shirt trying to look pregnant like Judy :)  Later, Sophie was carrying around this basketball - a good indicator of her small stature!
